Craft your dream menu by selecting dishes that best match the character of your event. We offer elegant four-course sets that will delight your guests with unique flavors:

Starters:

• Marinated mozzarella with heirloom tomatoes and creamy pesto
• Classic smoked beef tenderloin tartare
• Grilled shrimp with garlic and chorizo on a tomato and pepper salsa

Soups:

• Aromatic guinea fowl consomme
• Creamy Jerusalem artichoke soup
• Goose broth with roasted vegetables and lentils

Main Courses:

• Roasted pork with apples
• Confit duck leg with gratin potatoes
